How it works is, you were to visualize a green fire in which to throw that negative energy to dispose of it. You would fill your palms with energy and light and then start making air motions as if you were cleaning your body, feeling the bad energy gather in your palms. Then you would throw it in the fire and continue until you feel that you have gathered it all.

This is a cool exercise that I sometimes use, and it feels magical and witchy and so I decided to illustrate it, as a kind of visual guide to how I imagine this exercise looking.
